Jane Lucy (Director)
Jane is registered with the health and social care auditing body, the Care Quality Commission. She is responsible for all aspects of the Company in partnership with her co-director, Jane Austin. Her role also encompasses all aspects of accounting, payroll and human resources. She is also currently our health and safety manager and assumes the role of “Acting Manager” for the day-to-day business requirements in the absence of the Registered Manager. Jane has over 10 years experience in home care and over 30 years experience in customer care.
Jane Austin (Director)
Jane has overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the company and ensures 100% compliance with statutory regulations. She selects and recruits all staff personally and co-ordinates and leads the day-to-day management of the office. Jane has over 25 years care experience with over 10 years in home care and has significant training and qualifications in Social Care and Business Management.
Michelle Traher
Michelle is responsible for initial assessments and visits. She ensures an individual support plan is implemented and then regularly reviews the service user’s care requirements. She works closely with families, their representatives and professionals and is committed to offering a positive and individual outcome. Michelle has over 10 years experience in home care and is trained in Health & Social Care, Risk Assessments and Customer Care.
Ellen Cobb
Ellen is responsible for the administration and implementation of the company rota for all care visits. Ellen's proactive approach offers consistency in appointing care staff to the individual service user. Ellen has over 15 years experience in Home Care and is trained in Health and Social Care and Customer Care.
