    Linda Ellson (Trainer)

    Linda Ellson is our dedicated trainer. She ensures all new staff are thoroughly inducted and ready to join our confident, caring, professional and friendly support team.

    Linda offers an in-depth and comprehensive induction package to all new carers Tailoring additional training needs to the individual carer. She will also offer courses to tailor a specific care need. Linda has over 20 years knowledge and experience in the care sector. Linda has qualifications in nursing, training and customer care.

    • You must agree to a full enhanced criminal record check

      A variety of positions are available with Lavender Support Services, including vacancies for various shifts, waking and sleeping nights and 24-hour live-in posts.

      Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided to diploma level.
